Which games this covers
This policy applies to offline games published by Ilia Vialykh whose App Store listing or in-game information links to this page. It covers personal projects and student-created games published with their creators. Games with different data practices will use a separate or updated policy.
Information collected by the game
The games covered by this policy do not collect or transmit personal information, device identifiers or gameplay data to the publisher. They work without an account or internet connection and contain no advertising, analytics, tracking SDKs or in-app purchases. The game does not share player data with third parties.
Scores, settings and deletion
Best scores, completion times and preferences such as sound and motion are saved in the app’s storage on your device so they are available next time you play. The game does not send these records to the publisher. Deleting the app and its data removes the local records; offloading an app may retain them. Device backups and any restored copies are managed through your operating system and backup settings.
Device permissions
These games do not request access to your camera, microphone, photo library, contacts or location.
Children’s privacy
The games do not collect personal information from players of any age. Parents or guardians should handle support requests for children and avoid including unnecessary information about a child. If you believe a child has sent personal information through support, contact Ilia to request its deletion.
When you contact support
If you email Ilia or use the game support form, Ilia receives the email address, game name, topic and message you provide, plus optional details such as your name, device and game version. This information is used to reply, investigate problems and maintain the game. Support is optional and is not required to play. Please do not send sensitive personal information.
Support messages and service providers
Support messages are held in the support email inbox, not in a website message database. Hosting and email providers process the information needed to operate the website and deliver messages. Information is not sold or used for advertising. Support correspondence is kept only as long as needed to handle the request, related follow-up or applicable legal obligations, and is then deleted. Provider backups and operational logs may remain for their normal retention periods.
When you visit this website
The website remembers your chosen language and colour theme in your browser’s local storage. You can remove these preferences by clearing site data. The support form uses temporary hashed network identifiers and request tokens to prevent spam and duplicate submissions. Its counters cover the previous hour and older entries are cleared during subsequent submissions. The hosting server may keep standard access logs, including IP addresses, requested pages and access times, for operation and security. These games pages use no advertising or analytics trackers.
Apple and your device
App Store downloads, TestFlight, operating-system diagnostics and device backups are services managed by Apple or your device provider under their own privacy settings and policies. They are separate from data collection by the game itself.
Your choices and requests
You can play without sending a support message. To ask for access to, correction of or deletion of support information you provided, or to withdraw permission for optional support follow-up, email ilia@vialykh.com. Ilia may need to verify that the request concerns your information. Any information that must be retained by law will be explained. Local game records are controlled on your device, so Ilia cannot access or delete them remotely.
Changes to this policy
If a covered game’s data practices change, this page or the policy linked from that game will be updated before the changed practices take effect. The date above shows the latest revision.
