Leadership as Head of Digital Technologies Department

Leadership as Head of Digital Technologies Department

At Satit Bilingual School of Rangsit University I led the Digital Technologies department with a focus on learning first and technology that empowers. I scheduled regular learning visits to colleagues’ lessons and provided constructive, practical feedback. Through collaborative discussions and shared planning we improved individual practice, built a supportive culture, and drove innovation in how we teach digital technologies across the school.

Background & credentials: before education, I worked in business as a regional manager and I hold a degree in management. At BCIS, I also chaired a CIS accreditation committee, helping align evidence and practice with international standards.

Leadership principles I live by:

  • Leadership through innovation — model curiosity, pilot new ideas, and scale what works.
  • Lead by example — be visible in classrooms and contribute to shared planning.
  • Empathy and trust — listen first, coach with care, and celebrate growth.
  • Learning and tech first — ensure tools serve learning goals and teacher workflow.

Leadership style: leading by example, listening with empathy, and keeping pedagogy and technology aligned. The video below highlights curriculum updates I introduced for the department.
